Terms and Conditions

Patients are seen and treated at this clinic, or under arrangements made by the clinic, in good faith, and under these terms and conditions. Use of our services is conditional upon patients or their guardians reading and agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Patients come of their own volition and pay personally for everything, by cash or card.

We provide no services to any medical insurance company, nor the National Health Service, and accept no payment from them.

We do general medical practice. A formal Statement of Purpose is shown at Reception.

Certain documents on this website are presented in languages other than English, but only the English version is binding.

General Data Protection Regulation

OUR PRIVACY PROMISE:

  • We respect your privacy and your choices.
  • We make sure that privacy and security are embedded in everything we do.

  • We are committed to keeping your personal data safe and secure.
  • We are committed to being open and transparent about how we use your personal data.
  • We will not use your personal data in ways that we have not told you about.
  • We respect your rights, and will always try to accommodate your requests as far as is possible, in line with our own legal and operational responsibilities.

WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?

“Personal data” means any information or pieces of information that could identify you either directly (e.g. your name) or indirectly (e.g. through pseudonymised data, such as a unique ID number). This means that personal data includes things like email/home addresses, usernames, profile pictures, personal preferences and shopping habits, user generated content, financial information, and health information. It could also include unique numerical identifiers like your computer’s IP address or your mobile device’s MAC address, as well as cookies.

Feedback and Complaints

We conduct formal audit studies of our work, patient satisfaction surveys, and gladly accept comments from patients or other people, whether favourable or critical.

For this purpose a drop-in box is kept at the desk in Reception and anyone who wishes may write a note in their own language, signed or unsigned, and put it in the box. If your comment refers to a particular doctor or staff member, please make that clear. If a response is asked for in the note, it will be given within a week – the box is monitored daily. Results of patient satisfaction surveys and audit studies can be had from us on written request.

Formal complaints should be made in writing addressed to Mrs Migida Radwan  by E-mail: foc@frenchoverseasclinic.co.uk or send to the clinic: 3D Baker Street, London W1U 8ED.

Your complaint will be acknowledged within a week and a full response made within 2 weeks. We will try to arrange to speak to you face to face if that if possible.

Payment

We accept payment by cash or card at the time of attending the clinic. Tests must be paid for in advance at the time the tests are ordered.
